We provide a wide range of repair and modification services:

  • Repair of cracked or bent propellers — full restoration to regain original performance.
  • Material refill by welding — treatment of areas damaged by cavitation, electrolysis or impact.
  • Geometric control — precise measurement using a calibrated electronic pitch gauge.
  • Pitch or diameter modification — adjusted to your needs.
  • Static or dynamic balancing — to ensure perfect rotation and eliminate vibrations.

The different interventions

Every propeller undergoes a feasibility analysis by a qualified technician before any work begins, and a detailed inspection report is issued on completion.

Repair of cracked or bent propellers

  • Feasibility analysis by a qualified technician: material quality, geometric analysis, welding zones.
  • Validation of the repair, or recommendation of a new propeller if necessary.
  • Full geometric control before the repair.
  • Restoration of precise geometry.
  • Refill welding on damaged areas.
  • Polishing of the propeller.
  • Static balancing, or dynamic balancing on request.
  • Dye penetrant inspection of the build-up areas, to check the weld and ensure the integrity of the added material.
  • Final inspection with a detailed report.

Modification of diameter and/or pitch

  • Technical study of the modification by a technician: validation of the propeller calculation by our design office, based on the modification required.
  • Full geometric control.
  • Adjustment of diameter and pitch with maximum precision.
  • Polishing of the propeller.
  • Static balancing, or dynamic balancing on request.
  • Final validation with inspection report.
